The song “7 Cities” by T.Cooke has already gained traction, garnering both radio and club play during the past few months. With the visual, T.Cooke wanted to exhibit unity and camaraderie amongst the collective of Virginia creatives chosen for this all-star cast. Follow along as T.Cooke, Young Money Yawn, and Izzy the DJ serve as tour guides through the streets of the 757. The featured artist Young Money Yawn has been a prominent spearhead in the Virginia music scene for quite some time now, and was even recently co-signed by Pharrell at his OTHERtone panel during Something in The Water festival weekend. The video/song is at the precipice of new music to come out of the Hampton Roads area, and T.Cooke is waving the flag proudly to let others know that Virginia is indeed the real deal. Izzy the DJ who is also featured on the record, is one of the most well known DJs from the 757 area and having him on the record serves as icing on the cake.
