The song Kum Ba Yah by Abiyah Yisrael, it is a song of freedom. Abiyah sings on behalf of the children of Israel scattered in the four corners of the earth.
Kum ba Yah or Qam Yahawah in true context means arise Yahawah, this was the cry for help sung by enslaved African Hebrews at the bottom of the ships while we endured the transatlantic journey.
It is a spiritual chant to Yah to come to our help in these modern times of slavery as we face the Babylon system, however pointing to the Messiah the lion of Judah as the true deliverer.
